Eating lunch at Chick-fil-a!!

We also had the chance to meet Trent and Amanda's sweet new daughter Kinley Brooke. She is perfect and absolutely adorable and it was wonderful to see some good friends!
We had Mexican food twice...once in Waco with my family at Chuy's...and once in Dallas with Justin's family at Mattito's- it was SOOOO good!!
Here's the dining room table ready for Thanksgiving dinner. I LOVE Thanksgiving! I think it might be my favorite holiday. You get all the food from Christmas and football, and none of the shopping stress. We had too many people at the house this year, 15 in all, to all sit at the fancy table, so we had a "kids" table in the kitchen too.

Here's my mom and my aunt Rita relaxing after our feast!! The two of them, along with my aunt Debbie and my grannie cooked an amazing Thanksgiving meal. We obviously spent the day watching football, and although the Cowboys didn't win on Thanksgiving this year, we still had a great time!
Here's the family picture we took of my mom's side. We have the greatest families!
Here's a picture of Justin and I before we left Waco to spend the day in Dallas with Justin's family. I don't have any more pictures of the trip unfortunately, but we had a great time in Dallas too. Justin and his dad decorated the Kvasnicka's house for Christmas. We also were treated to a half-gallon of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream.
To be honest, it was very hard to leave Texas this time, for both of us. We not only felt like the trip was too short, but it just felt so nice to be home, in familiar places with our families. I'm afraid if Bella hadn't been waiting for us in New York that we wouldn't have come back at all! :)Just kidding! Justin has been working very hard and is finishing up his first semester right now. He'll start his finals next week on December 9!
