Better late than never, but back-dating the post to a more appropriate time....here are some pictures from the time we spent with Justin's family at Christmas this year. Since Christmas was on a Wednesday this year, we drove up to Dallas on Saturday and stayed until Monday night. It was a long week being away from home, but really good and we loved getting to see everyone on both sides of our families!
Justin, his brother and his dad all got matching fleeces but I could never get them in the same room with them all on. Something about them looking like the 3 Musketeers...
Bella had a very Merry Christmas...the monkey was destroyed in about 3 days. Before opening presents, Logan surveyed the area trying to figure out what it was all about...
He didn't totally understand the whole concept yet, but he was close. I think next Christmas will be really fun for him. Here he is opening his first gift from his grandparents...Christmas books!
SO excited!
During the present opening, he was actually more into dumping out the box of bows. And let me tell you...if you need a bow, the Kvasnickas have any shape, size, color or kind you could ever imagine. Logan loved it!
My Father-in-law organized all of the (yummy) meals at home and we had such a fun and relaxing time in Dallas. We also got to see some friends at the Village Church on Sunday morning. We still love that place so much and are so thankful for the body of believers who are still there loving and serving Christ. We may love living in Austin, but Dallas will always be such a big part of our lives and hearts.
